Mama Baby Yoga

The postnatal period can be one of great change as you adjust to your new role as mother. There should be no rush to get back out there and onto a strong fitness regime, as it can take up to a year for your body to balance itself after the changes you experience during pregnancy and birth.
Mama Baby Yoga is a perfect way to start when you feel ready to move again. Gentle yoga with simple breathing and stretching is a great way to start your body moving again as well as the added benefits of bonding with your baby.
